Gwynedd Valley, PA Kaiser Construction built a new horse barn facility featuring an indoor riding arena that is 200' x 72', approximately 30 stalls, a covered hot walker, horse wash bays, offices, feed and storage rooms, horse grooming stalls, a separate hay barn, equipment storage space, 2 attached apartments,10 private, owner horse stalls and 2 more apartments.
"It is an award winning state-of–the-art horse barn facility with 36 horse barn stalls, 3 horse grooming stalls and two indoor hot and cold wash stalls. The facility offers horse and rider a professional training experience as it was designed with safety and convienience in mind. It boasts the finest amenities, including: automatic waterers in each horse stall, a horse walker with safety features, a horse gym treadmill, extensive grass pastures and indoor and outdoor horse riding arenas with premiere dust free footing. Further, there is a heated/air conditioned rider lounge and viewing room attached to the indoor arena."

Kaiser Construction built a new horse barn facility featuring an indoor riding arena that is 200' x 72', approximately 30 stalls, a covered hot walker, horse wash bays, offices, feed and storage rooms, horse grooming stalls, a separate hay barn, equipment storage space, 2 attached apartments,10 private, owner horse stalls and 2 more apartments.
"It is an award winning state-of–the-art horse barn facility with 36 horse barn stalls, 3 horse grooming stalls and two indoor hot and cold wash stalls. The facility offers horse and rider a professional training experience as it was designed with safety and convienience in mind. It boasts the finest amenities, including: automatic waterers in each horse stall, a horse walker with safety features, a horse gym treadmill, extensive grass pastures and indoor and outdoor horse riding arenas with premiere dust free footing. Further, there is a heated/air conditioned rider lounge and viewing room attached to the indoor arena."
This facility is one of Gwynedd Valley's most beautiful horse barn facilities.
